Taiwanese Singer Fang Datong Passes Away at 41
Taipei, Taiwan – Fu Music announced on March 1 that Taiwanese singer Fang Datong had passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 41.
According to the statement, Fang Datong had been battling a stubborn illness for five years and passed away peacefully. The music and graphic novels he left behind are considered “eternal spiritual wealth.”
Fang Datong’s private life was relatively scandal-free, with the exception of rumored relationships with Hong Kong singer Fiona Sit Kai-chi. However, neither Fang Datong nor Fiona Sit ever publicly confirmed the rumors.
