I-295 in Scarborough Shut Down Due to Serious Two-Vehicle Crash
A severe crash on I-295 in Scarborough, Maine, has brought traffic to a standstill on Friday morning. According to Maine State Police, both southbound and northbound lanes are closed between mile markers 3 and 4, near the toll booth.
The crash, involving two vehicles, was reported at 7 a.m., with troopers quickly arriving at the scene. As a result, northbound traffic is being diverted off at exit 5, while southbound traffic is being diverted at exit 4.
