
Multiple Vehicle Collision in Nanakuli Sends Four to Hospital
A multiple-vehicle crash on Farrington Highway in Nanakuli, Hawaii, has resulted in four people being hospitalized, with three suffering serious injuries.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:40 a.m. at the intersection of Farrington Highway and Helelua Street. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the scene with multiple ambulances.
Paramedics treated five patients, aged 4 to 73, who were involved in the collision. A 4-year-old boy was transported to the hospital in stable condition. Three adults, two men and a woman in their 30s, were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
A 73-year-old man was evaluated at the scene but declined medical transport. The Honolulu Police Department closed Farrington Highway in both directions near Helelua Street for an officer-involved traffic investigation.
