Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with Truck in Greenville County
A fatal motorcycle accident occurred in Greenville County, South Carolina, resulting in the death of a 43-year-old motorcyclist.
The incident took place on Wednesday at approximately 5:57 p.m. in the Groce Meadow Road area of Taylors. According to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, the motorcyclist, who was traveling south, crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming truck.
First responders arrived at the scene and attempted to render aid to the motorcyclist, who was unresponsive. Unfortunately, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Jonathan Michael Rice, a 43-year-old resident.
