LOS ANGELES – Authorities have reported a fatal wrong-way accident that claimed the life of one person.
According to the officials, the multi-vehicle accident happened on the 405 Freeway in the Sherman Oaks area.
One person sustained major injures and was pronounced dead at the scene and another person was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
The officials are yet to released the identity of the dead person pending when the family is notified.
The officials closed all southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway till further notice.
