Wrexham midfielder Elliot Lee was involved in a car accident while driving home from Tuesday’s EFL Cup match against Bolton at the Stok Racecourse.
According to report from the officials, Lee did not sustain any major injuries from the accident.
It was gathered that the drivers of the vehicles involved were being transferred to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the other car is currently receiving treatment for their injuries, according to a statement from the club.
The incident is still under investigation by the officials
