
Authorities have reported an accident that happened on the A14 eastbound carriageway, Wednesday afternoon, February 12, at approximately 11:30 am.
According to Cambridgeshire County Council, the incident involved one vehicle and caused significant delays. The officials did not reveal the circumstances surrounding the accident.
Traffic built up for five miles, from J35 A1303 Newmarket Road in Stow Cum Quy to J36 A11 in Nine Mile Hill.
Initially, traffic was blocked towards Newmarket for nearly an hour until 11:45 am. However, all lanes have since reopened, and traffic has returned to normal following the earlier crash on the A14.
