FORT ST. JOHN, BC – A car accident on the Alaska Highway near Shepherd’s Inn, approximately 40 kilometers north of Fort St. John, is causing traffic delays and congestion in the area.
According to reports, emergency crews arrived on the scene around 8:25 a.m. and are currently working to clear the accident.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution when driving through the area, as traffic is backed up and moving slowly. It is recommended to avoid the area if possible.
As of 9:20 a.m., traffic is slowly moving through the area, but delays are still expected.
