Fatal Accident on I-35 in Troy, Texas Claims Two Lives
On Saturday morning, April 19, a fatal accident happened on North I-35 in Troy, Texas, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. According to the Troy Police Department, a Kia Optima veered into the improved shoulder and collided with a stopped Dodge Ram Pickup.
The Joel A Gordon stated that the victims, Maria Maquin, 34, and Hector Bococ, 35, both of Cedar Park, were standing behind the parked vehicle attempting to change a tire when they were struck. Unfortunately, both of them lost their lives in the accident.
A juvenile who was standing in the grass median sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The Troy Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the accident.
