Nigerian socialite Bobrisky has broken his silence on the Mohbad case, jumping to the defense of Wunmi, who has been at the center of controversy.
In a strongly-worded statement, Bobrisky expressed his dismay at the constant criticism and harassment Wunmi has faced, despite her repeated explanations. He questioned why many people have chosen to disregard her side of the story simply because it doesn’t align with their expectations.
Bobrisky also took aim at those he deemed to be hypocrites, particularly mothers and grandmothers who have taken to social media to insult Wunmi. He condemned their actions, suggesting they should focus on more productive pursuits.
The socialite’s intervention comes almost three years after the Mohbad case began, and he urged people to allow Wunmi to move on with her life.
