Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan VDM has thrown down the gauntlet, challenging the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) to arrest him for spraying Naira notes.
In a bold move, VDM shared a video of himself and friends spraying Naira notes, with the caption “Okoya Is My New Surname.” This comes after the EFCC failed to arrest the son of a prominent Lagos businessman for a similar offense.
VDM’s dare is seen as a call-out to the EFCC, questioning their selective enforcement of the law. Will the EFCC take up the challenge and arrest VDM, or will they let him off the hook? Only time will tell.
