On Tuesday afternoon, authorities launched an investigation into a multi-vehicle collision that claimed a life on the 60 Freeway in the Hacienda Heights neighborhood.
The collision happened in the freeway’s eastbound lanes at the Hacienda Boulevard off-ramp at approximately 11 a.m., according to California Highway Patrol officials.
One person was pulled from a vehicle when first responders arrived at the scene.
The officials are yet to release the identity of the diseased.
No further information has been released by authorities.
