Shy’Keema Turner Death-Obituary: Baltimore Police Identify 31-Year-Old Woman Killed in Tuesday Evening Shooting
A fatal shooting incident occurred in Baltimore’s Johnston Square neighborhood on Tuesday evening, claiming the life of 31-year-old Shy’Keema Turner. According to the Baltimore Police Department, patrol officers from the Central District responded to a reported shooting in the 700 block of East Preston Street around 5:56 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found Turner suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. She was rushed to a local hospital, where medical staff pronounced her dead.
The Baltimore Police Department is actively investigating the homicide, with detectives reviewing newly circulated video footage of the incident and speaking with involved parties.
