Multi-Vehicle Crash Brings I-85 South to Standstill in Gaston County
GASTONIA, N.C. – A dramatic eight-vehicle pileup on Interstate 85 South in Gaston County, North Carolina, sent shockwaves through the morning commute on Friday.
The accident, which occurred around 8:50 a.m. near Mile Marker 23, involved at least one tractor-trailer and left five people injured. Fortunately, none of the injuries were life-threatening.
