Prince Eniola Joseph Ojajuni, National President of the Afenifere National Youth Council, has made a desperate appeal to President Bola Tinubu and the general public for help, as his kidnappers threaten to kill him within 48 hours if a N100 million ransom is not paid ¹.
Ojajuni, who has been held captive since February 17, 2025, made his plea in a video from the kidnappers’ den. The kidnappers have demanded a ransom of N100 million, and the Afenifere National Youths Council has expressed deep concern about Ojajuni’s safety and well-being.
During the kidnapping, Ojajuni sustained a bullet wound on his buttock. The Afenifere National Youths Council has urged the kidnappers to release him unharmed and has called on the Nigerian authorities to take immediate action to ensure Ojajuni’s safe release.
The council has also appealed to the general public to provide any information that may lead to Ojajuni’s rescue. Ojajuni is a prominent figure in Nigeria and a strong advocate for youth empowerment and development.
