JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a fatal collision closed all northbound lanes of the I-295 West Beltway close to 103rd Street Tuesday night.
The collision is causing severe traffic delays in the area.
Drivers are being advised to find other routes.
