
Uptown Charlotte Crash Sends One to Hospital
A crash involving a CATS bus happened Tuesday morning in Uptown Charlotte. One person was hurt.
It took place around 6 a.m. at East Third St. and South Brevard St. Police blocked off the road.
Medic said someone was pinned inside a vehicle. They were rescued and taken to Novant Presbyterian. Their injuries are serious, possibly life-threatening.
No update on who the person is. No word on passengers on the bus either.
Police haven’t shared what caused the crash. The road stayed closed for a while.
