A driver faces charges after a late-night accident in Gettysburg, where two pedestrians were struck by a pickup truck. The incident occurred on April 5, 2025, at 11:10 PM, at the intersection of Chambersburg Street and Washington Street.
The driver, who had stopped at a red light, turned left onto Chambersburg Street when the light turned green, but failed to yield to the pedestrians in the crosswalk. Both pedestrians were taken to Gettysburg Hospital for evaluation.
