
Jeffery Lienhart Death-Obituary: Man Killed, Two Injured in UTV Crash on National Forest Land
A fatal crash involving a utility task vehicle (UTV) occurred on National Forest land in Pulaski County, Virginia, on Saturday, March 22.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened in the 4000 block of Millers Creek Road in the Gatewood area. The crash site was approximately two miles from the roadway, in a remote area with steep terrain.
Jeffery Lienhart, a resident of Max Meadows, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals involved in the crash were transported to a medical facility for treatment.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by authorities.
