San Bernardino Firefighter Dies in Off-Duty Motorcycle Accident
The San Bernardino County Fire Department and community are mourning the death of Firefighter Paramedic Ryan Spandrio, 30, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday.
Inland Wire reported that the accident occurred around 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of Railroad Canyon Road and Church Street in Lake Elsinore.
Spandrio, a dedicated member of Fire Station 224, is remembered for his honor, professionalism, and courage. He leaves behind a wife and two children.
A colleague described Spandrio as “a great brother and servant of the community.” Funeral arrangements are pending.
