
Woman Injured in Domestic Shooting at Landfall Condos in Fayetteville
A domestic dispute turned violent on Tuesday, March 25, at the Landfall Condominiums on Marshtree Lane in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
According to witnesses, the incident occurred when a woman visiting someone at the complex was confronted by her ex-boyfriend. An altercation ensued, resulting in the woman being shot in the leg.
Fayetteville Police responded to the scene, blocking off the area with crime scene tape. The victim was transported to a medical facility and is reported to be in stable condition.
The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived, but police have obtained the license plate number connected to the incident and are continuing their investigation.
