Motorcyclist Critically Injured in West Jordan Hit-and-Run Crash
A late-night hit-and-run crash in West Jordan, Utah, has left a motorcyclist clinging to life and police searching for the suspect vehicle.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Gardner Lane and Redwood Road. Witnesses reported seeing a dark-colored SUV strike the motorcyclist before fleeing the scene, heading west on Gardner Lane.
Responding officers found the motorcyclist lying in the road, critically injured. The victim was rushed to Intermountain Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
The West Jordan Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
As authorities search for the suspect vehicle, a section of Redwood Road remains closed, from 8200 South to 8700 South.
