Two-Vehicle Collision on A595 Near Whitehaven: Emergency Services Respond
Whitehaven, April 22 – Authorities have reported a two-vehicle collision involving a car and a van that occurred on the A595 near the junction of Mirehouse Road, prompting a swift response from emergency services. The incident was reported at approximately 10:45 am on Tuesday.
The Cumbria News and Star stated that Cumbria Police and North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) attended the scene, where paramedics assessed those involved. Fortunately, no one required hospitalization. Recovery efforts are currently underway to clear the scene.
According to Cumbria Police, the situation is being managed, and the road is expected to be returned to normal operation once recovery is complete.
