Fatal Lorry Crash in Brampton Leaves One Dead, Two Injured
A devastating two-vehicle collision in Brampton on Monday has resulted in the death of a woman in her 40s and left another woman in her 70s hospitalized with serious injuries.
The crash occurred at 12:10 p.m. on Buxton Road, involving a cement lorry and a car. Emergency services rushed to the scene, where they found the car’s driver deceased.
The injured woman, a passenger in the car, remains in hospital receiving treatment for her serious injuries.
The cement lorry’s driver, a man in his 40s, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The incident is currently under investigation.
